Frequent Asked Questions

There are 2 major steps to follow:

  1. Registration
  2. Place an Order / Request for:
    - Sending Money;
    - Making Payments;
    - Receiving / Withdraw Money

To use any of our service, it is necessary to Register/ Open an Account with us. This needs to be done only once and could be accomplished in several ways:
(a)Online
(b)Via post
(c)Visiting our office in person.

a) For on-line registration, please select “Create new account” option link in membership area (see on top). You need to fill in, print and sign the “Application Form”, then scan and send to us the following: 
- 1-st form of ID – an approved copy of a photo ID (passport or an identity card with a photograph); 
- 2-nd form of ID - an approved copy of the document confirming the address (bank statement, utility bill, etc.) or another form of photo ID (different from 1-st form of ID);
- Signed and dated “Application Form”.

b) If you decided to send the application via post, please download, print, fill in and sign the “Application Form” and send it via post together with the following documents:
- 1-st form of ID – an approved copy of a photo ID (passport or an identity card with a photograph); 
- 2-nd form of ID - an approved copy of the document confirming the address (bank statement, utility bill, etc.) or another form of photo ID (different from 1-st form of ID).

All applications will pass the verification and approval process. As soon as your application was approved, we will inform you via e-mail or/and SMS. As well we will send you the details for “on-line” and “telephone” account access.

Sending Money with us is simple and hassle free:

  • Place an Order;
  • Deposit money (bank account or cash);
  • We process the remittance and issue the Confirmation Note;
  • Money ready for collection at destination.

  • Draw a Money Request (online, via telephone or in person);
  • We process the Request and Issue the Confirmation;
  • We arrange the payment as instructed by client;

As long as the transaction is not cleared, it is possible to change only the name and surname of the recipient. For other changes, it is necessary to cancel the transaction - that leads to loosing the commission.
For cleared transactions, no any change could be done.
We accept Deposits and issue Withdrawals in GBP only. All transactions are processed in EUR, USD or RUB. Please check the available currencies for any specific country.
The speed of the transaction differs from one country to another: it may takes only 5 min to get money cleared in some countries, while in others it takes longer.
