Receiving / Withdraw Money

To Receive or Withdraw Money with our company, customer has to place a Money Request. Please mention that all requests for money receiving/withdrawal are paid to Bank Account only. Other options could be considered on individual case.

For registered users, we offer 3 methods for money request (non-registered users could request money ONLY in office):
a)    Online;
b)    By phone;
c)    In office.

a) Request Money online: (not available yet)

- Log-In to your account and select the option “Receive / Withdraw Money”;
- Fill-in all required fields, including amount and currency of the transfer, “Unique Transfer ID” and provider, country/city/branch of origin and sender details,
- Check the exchange rates for receiving money and total amount in local currency to be paid;
- Verify your personal and Bank details, where your money will be paid; 
- Accept "Terms and Conditions", submit the order and get the confirmation Order#;

If you are happy, please read and mark the “Terms and Conditions” (I agree with“Terms and Conditions”) and press “SUBMIT” button to proceed with your application(order). A confirmation will be sent to your e-mail and/or SMS.

b) Place-an-Order by phone:
- Call our office (see Contact Us);
- Obtain information about the exchange rates for receiving transfers;
- Confirm senders details, his country/region, total amount in original currency andUnique Transfer ID”;
- Obtain the Total amount in local currency you will receive into your account;
- Confirm the bank account where you prefer the amount to be transferred;
A confirmation will be sent to your e-mail and/or SMS.

c) Place-an-Order visiting our office
You are very welcome to visit us in our Central Office in order to receive the transferred Money. Please call us for a confirmation before you are coming.
