Sending Money

Sending Money with us is simple and hassle free. There are 3 methods for Sending Money:

  • Online;
  • By phone;
  • In office.

a) Sending Money online: (not available yet)
- Log-In to your account, select the option “Send Money”,
- Select the country/region, receiving bank/branch, fill-in the recipient details and other required fields;
- Check the exchange rates and commission;
- Confirm the sending amount and total amount to be paid;
- Accept "Terms and Conditions", submit the order and get the confirmation Order#;
- Deposit money into Bank Account using Order # as reference;
- We process the order and issue a Confirmation Note with “Unique Transaction ID” to email or SMS. Please pass this info to your recipient and keep it safe for future and payment references.
Please note: We process orders only after we receive the confirmation from the bank. For quicker processing, please confirm your money deposit by sending us an SMS, email or calling our office.

b) Sending Money by phone:
- Call our office (see Contact Us);
- Confirm the country/region, receiving bank/branch and recipient's details;
- Obtain information on exchange rates and commission;
- Confirm the sending amount and total amount to be paid;
- Deposit money to our Bank Account;
- We process the transaction and issue a Confirmation Note with “Unique Transaction ID” via e-mail and/or SMS.

c) Sending Money in office:
You can Send Money by visiting our office or one of our nearest partners.
- Confirm the country/region, receiving bank/branch and recipient details;
- Obtain information on exchange rates and commission;
- Confirm the sending amount and total amount to be paid;
- Deposit money in Cash or other acceptable methods of payment;
- We process the transaction and issue a printed Confirmation Note with “Unique Transaction ID”.
